Description:

The SM-B* turrets are specially conceived for advanced turning centers. One-only servomotor, fitted
by the customer, drives both the disc rotation and the rotating tool-holders. A strong clamping system,
hydraulically operated, grant the needed stiffness also for back-machining operations.

  • Radial disc and housing morphology for back-machining applications
  • Tool coupling splined shaft type according to DIN5480
  • Superfast indexing times
  • Pressurizing sealing and centralized lubrication functions for driven tool system’s long life
